About Support & Documentation


We have recently brought our support and documentation portals together under one roof. You can now create support tickets and access the documentation from this new URL:


In the new help portal, we make it easier for you to provide relevant information when posting a ticket, and it will now also be easier to find the knowledge base article(s) related to your request.

If you have an existing login on the Twixl Distribution Platform, you'll be able to use that to login on the help portal. If you don't have a Twixl Distribution Platform account yet, you can sign up for a new account here.
